I am selling plots in the cadastral area of Libečov. These include:

- parcel no. 836/1, registered as forest land with total area 50 976 sqm (forest age 88 years - tree species represented by spruce, pine, oak, larch, black pine and pine being almost harvested/dead; forest age 118 years - tree species represented by oak, beech),
- parcel no. 830/81, registered as permanent grassland with total area 4 016 sqm.
Access to the plots is via a dirt road from two sides. We own 100% of these properties. The total area of the plots is 54 992 sqm.
