I am selling forest plots in the cadastral area of Loužná

I am selling forest plots in the cadastral area of Loužná. These include:

- No. 574, registered as a forest plot with a total area of 2 940 sqm (age of the forest 113 years - pine tree species composition),
- No. 1091, registered as a forest plot with a total area of 2 063 sqm (age of the forest 124 years - spruce, pine, larch tree species composition).
The plots are suitable for logging. Access is via a forest road right next to the property. We own 100% of it. The total area of the plots is 5 003 sqm.
