It is available in two wall thicknesses:
Dorian 595 x 395 cm - wall 28 mm Price from: 3 377 € including VAT
Dorian 595 x 395 cm - wall 40 mm Price from: 4 202 € including VAT
Wall thickness 28 mm is particularly suitable as seasonal garden house, tool storage, bicycle storage, garden machinery storage or hobby space.
Wall thickness 40 mm is a more solid and stable version, also suitable as workshop, garden office, atelier or higher quality recreational space.
Included in the basic price of the house:

We provide the roof covering as trapezoidal sheet metal. The color of the sheet metal and coating can be agreed upon according to availability and customer requirements.
We can deliver the house as a kit or with professional assembly by our assembly team.
The house must stand on a firm, level and prepared base. Concrete slab, concrete blocks, paving stones or ground screws are suitable. The foundation is not included in the basic price.
Assembly depends on the selected equipment, access to the property and readiness of the foundation.
The house is subject to statutory liability for defects. Wood is a natural material that requires regular maintenance, especially checking and renewing the exterior finish.
The prices listed are indicative and include VAT. The final price depends on the chosen wall thickness, equipment selection, delivery location, preparation of the foundation and current material availability.
Only an individual written quotation or order confirmed by both parties is binding. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in writing, calculation or price stated in the advertisement. This notice does not limit the legal rights of consumers.
