I am renting out a nice sunny apartment on the 5.floor in Rumburk at Podhàji street Karoliny Svetle. It is an apartment measuring 1+1 - 45sqm2 and equipped according to attached photos. Available starting 1.9.2026. Only for decent working people without bankruptcy, check will be performed before signing contract. I look only for long-term rental. Fees: Rent + fees to housing co-op + (advance payments: electricity and gas) = 13thousand CZK set up for one person. Upon signing the lease agreement, refundable deposit of 2 times monthly rent (26thousand CZK) will be paid.
