I am renting out an above-standard large 1 room apartment 46 sq m. Available starting August 20. The apartment is located at the Klokočina housing estate on the elevated ground floor. The apartment is fully furnished. Total price 590 € / month plus two deposits. TV and stove are new (but I don't have photo documentation).
