I am renting out a family house with garden and parking

I am renting out a family house with garden and parking space in the center of Zlin city. The house has bedrooms with beds for 9 persons, two bathrooms with toilet and washing machine, dining room and kitchen. It is located near town spa close to student canteen, Faculty of Management and Economics, and Faculty of Health Sciences. Separately non-passable rooms at 8000 CZK and room for 2 persons at 10000 CZK, including utilities. Whole house available for rental at 45.000 CZK. House will be repainted and I will require 2 deposit.
