DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT OF AUCTION: Arable land total area 4474 m2, i.e. id. ½ 2237 m2 - The land is located in the southern part of Prague - east district, about 9 km from the border of the Capital City of Prague in an undeveloped area northwest of the local part Želivec, it is part of larger managed agricultural areas (arable land). It is slightly sloping. There is no road leading to the land, nor any field roads, it is accessible within the managed unit from the land owned by the local agricultural company. No buildings or permanent vegetation were found on the land, there were no signs of utilities. According to the zoning plan, this is agricultural land. The land is not burdened by any servitudes.
Garden - land lot no. 354/12 registered in the cadastre of immovable properties as garden with a total area of 21 m2. The land is flat, fenced in part, there are some ornamental bushes and fruit trees on the land. Usage according to the town planning documentation: According to the zoning plan, the land is included in BM areas - areas for housing in family houses. Realistically, the land cannot be used for construction purposes, it is in a fenced functional unit with apartment house construction.
