I am looking for a cozy place to relax and escape the city for myself and my family. We are decent, serious buyers who would like to purchase a cottage or country house with land in the picturesque surroundings of the Moravian-Silesian Region.

• Nošovice, Dobrá, Nižní Lhoty, Vyšní Lhoty
• Wider area of the Beskids Mountains (e.g., Malenovice, Ostravice, Čeladná, Morávka, Krásná)

The ideal property should be:
• In good condition (we don't mind some renovations but we aren't interested in completely dilapidated properties needing demolition).
• With a garden providing privacy and tranquility.
• Connected to electricity (this is essential), access to water supply (well/municipal water connection) is highly desirable.
• Accessible year-round by car (preferably all seasons road access, at least summer months if winter isn't possible).
