Annuity payments start after taking over completed flat (expected completion date June/July 2027). Currently only price for assignment needs to be paid now while monthly installments amount to approximately CZK 22,510 per month once finalized at this time period as negotiations about lowering interest rates based upon current market situation have been initiated between developer company representatives prior final construction phase commencement according latest available information provided within given context frame.
