All civic amenities such as public transport, post office, restaurants, cafes, Albert... nearby. The apartment will be equipped according to needs upon agreement. In the kitchen there will also be new stove with oven which isn't visible on photo yet.
Rental fee 7.500 CZK/month per person including services and utilities. Refundable deposit 7.500 CZK. If five people rent it together rental fee will be 6.700 CZK/month per person and refundable deposit 6.700 CZK each one too.
