I sell forest plots in the cadastral district of Úpice. These include plot No. 1163 registered as woodland covering an area of 3,226 m² (forest age is 30 years old - tree species represented by spruce, birch, poplar) and plot No. 1191/4 registered as woodland covering an area of 1,504 m² (forest age is 49 years old - tree species represented by spruce). Access to these plots goes through meadows (there's no direct road leading to them). I am the sole owner holding full ownership rights over both properties whose total surface amounts up to 4,730 m².
