Price for transferring the flat: 2,890,000 CZK (from own resources)
Settlement fee which you will pay through annuities: 5,543,531 CZK after acceptance inspection - no need for mortgage loan approval nor proof of income required
Garage parking space and cellar belonging to this flat are not included in above mentioned price
Annuity settlement starts only upon taking over completed flat (expected June/2027), currently paying just transfer price now without any further payments until then when you can choose option like making extra payment towards annuity amount if desired
Currently monthly installments make up sum equivalent to approximately equal value as stated below:
