Dumrealit.cz will mediate the sale of former mill complex in the village of Mšeno. The area measures 4412 m² and has water supply, sewage, and electricity connected to the closest mill structure on Boleslavská Street. On site there is also hall measuring approx. 400 m², barn measuring 281 m², another barn that used to be a blacksmith's workshop measuring 114 m², plus main mill structure with built-up area of approximately 580 m². It’s a three story masonry building with old technology still present inside it all over for renovation offering wide range possibilities how to use this space afterwards. Part of construction has new plastic windows installed already nowadays as well part where electric wiring was changed recently too but overall whole property needs reconstruction work done first before any serious usage could take place though according to local zoning plan most potential development options related mainly housing land plots including infrastructure buildings like schools gymnasiums etc.
