1. Production Hall (1592 m²): This is a two-bay single-story hall with total area of 1592 m². The external dimensions of the hall are 24m x 64m with awning over the entrance and sides. The height of the hall is 8,9m thus its volume amounts approximately to 14 200 m³. The hall features an annex containing electrical distribution room, substation and master’s office space. Both bays have overhead cranes with maximum load capacity up to 3,2t. The hall also has loading ramp for trucks and industrial compressor installed inside it. There is armored flooring throughout the entire hall.

2. Administrative Building: This is a two-floor building covering overall area of 518 m². Inside there are offices, meeting room, two apartments, changing rooms and showers.

3. Warehouses and Garages (557 m²): These consist of three sheet metal warehouses and two garages.

4. Metal Sheet Hall (360 m²): Its length is 30m, width 12m and height 5m. Total volume of this hall equals to 1 800m³. The front side comprises sliding gates measuring 5x6m each.
