Sell forest in private ownership (I am the owner directly)

I sell a forest of 9200 m² located on the border between Vidc, Zubri, and Roznov (access possible from all three villages), privately owned by me. The forest is situated right next to an access road. There is also a smaller pond within its territory.
Opportunity as investment, preserving money, logging it out or cleaning up and operating the pond (subsidies can be obtained). The area where this forest lies is no longer part of a protected landscape zone so there's no problem with logging here either. It would even be possible to build something like a caravan near the pond.
