For recreation or living purposes for 1-2 undemanding people.
It is an older house with modest furnishings as seen in photos.
Floor plan: 1 bedroom + kitchenette + hallway + upper garden + lower garden + small coal cellar + second small cellar for potatoes etc.:).
Warning! There is no flush toilet inside but only dry toilet at the bottom garden. In winter it can be solved by chemical toilet. Washbasin, sink and shower are located in the kitchen (water heating via boiler). Heating: electric heater in room and small stoves burning coal or wood in kitchen. Nice village just a short distance away from Monínec ski resort.
