I am renting an apartment 2+1 with an area of approximately 66 m² in the 2. NP (first floor) of a family house in Horka nad Moravou - preferably a group, ideally 4 university students, non-smokers without pets.
The village of Horka nad Moravou is located 7 km (10 minutes drive time from the center of Olomouc, which is about the same travel time to Olomouc dormitories) there is public transport connection by bus line no. 18 in front of the house and another stop by bus line no. 20 just 300 meters away, also train connections available.
In the village you can find shops, a doctor, dentist, playgrounds, church, cycling paths, walking trails - gateway to the Litovelské Pomoraví Landscape Protected Area.
