Dear Sir or Madam,
I offer smaller meadow + newer stables for rent, suitable for horses. I think that ideal number of horses will be 2-3 Stables are massive construction with saddle room and small storehouse for hay (4-5 bales). The whole property has fencing! And it is in a quiet place. The property is divided into two plots (smaller meadow, stable + paddock. There is also a saddle room inside the stables. Access road here exists, including 3 parking spaces.
The total size of the land is 4000 m²
This location might suit older horses better although there aren't any additional training facilities at the stables.
