Hello, I am looking to rent an apartment or house for my parents, sister and brother with his girlfriend. Everyone works except for my sister who studies part-time while working at a job (she is 16 years old). We are looking for larger housing. We would like to find an owner who does not mind that we are partially Romani people. My mother works as head cleaner in one company. The whole family consists of decent, calm and neat people. They will take care of the apartment or house as if it were their own property. There is no problem providing confirmation of regular and timely payment of rent. They can pay approximately 35-40 thousand CZK per month including all expenses but naturally the lower the rent the better. So far my parents and brother took care of grandfather (mother's father) who had a house on leasehold premises after his death however they have been forced to move out due to this situation currently solving accommodation issues staying in hotel which is not ideal long-term solution though they prefer living within Brno city limits nearby area thank you in advance any offer contact best via SMS email message
