The apartment also includes a cellar room and there is also its own parking space next to the apartment block. The apartment is suitable for up to 2 people, non-smokers, without pets. The refundable deposit is equivalent to two months' rent. Rent price is €600 including utilities and building management fees but excluding internet and TV.
