I am offering long-term rental of a semi-detached house in Zlin-Letne on Kotěrova Street after partial reconstruction, measuring 68 m2 with a small garden and parking space for one vehicle, approximately 70m2.
Apartment layout: Upon entering the apartment there is an entrance hall leading to the living room with a kitchenette. From the living room there are doors to a pantry that measures about 2 m2. Then stairs with doors lead upstairs where there is a corridor leading to a room which can serve as a wardrobe or smaller bedroom with sliding doors. The corridor then leads to another large room. In the ground floor near the kitchenette there are doors leading to the bathroom with tub and toilet, from which stairs go down into the cellar equipped with hatches in the floor.
