It is an apartment in a family house in Vysoka Pec about size 2kk, 80 m² (entire upper floor), suitable maximum for 2 persons. The apartment has a common entrance but we are already processing a construction permit for our own separate entrance to the apartment (After approval of the permission, it will be implemented as soon as possible)🚪
We are looking for someone who is reliable, decent, working and mainly nice person 😊
We offer friendly environment, peace on village, parking space at the house, possibility to use garden and outdoor seating area with pool and whirlpool during summer.
The monthly rent for two people amounts to CZK 15,000 including utilities (electricity, gas, water) Internet connection included.👍
At signing contract required: Payment of rent including utilities CZK 18,000 plus one advance rent payment CZK 18,000 total thus upon signing contract CZK 36,000.
