I am renting an apartment in Bilina Fugnerova Street 3rd

I am renting an apartment in Bilina Fugnerova Street 3rd floor with an elevator, privately owned. Rent per month is 8,000 CZK including service charges based on number of people, electricity costs are paid by tenant separately, deposit amount is 20,000 CZK which needs to be paid together with first month's rent upon signing contract while subsequent months should be settled no later than the 25th day of each calendar month for next period.
