I am renting out (also available in summer for few days, starting September only long-term) a one-bedroom apartment in Banská Bystrica (Úsvit, Fončorda), it has been completely renovated (new kitchen unit, bathroom, furniture). The room is divided by a partition wall into bedroom and living room. Advantageous location (5 minutes walk from OC Europa shopping center, 10 minutes from city center), free parking possibility and view on greenery. For long-term rental price is €570 per month including utilities but excluding internet fee and TV subscription which tenant will arrange individually. Short-term rental prices upon agreement.
