I offer for rent a renovated 2-room apartment with balcony about 49 m² on Mlynská street, 5th floor / 8. The apartment consists of an entrance hallway, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom with toilet. It is equipped with new kitchen unit, table and two chairs, new refrigerator, new washing machine, gas cooker with electric oven and wardrobe in the bedroom. There is also a cellar belonging to the apartment. Rent including utilities costs €450 per month; we require one deposit equal to the amount of rent plus one advance payment.
