I am renting out an apartment 1+kk (4x4 m²) in Nová Paka, gas heating, water heated by electricity. The apartment includes a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Toilet is separate on the main corridor, about 10 meters from the apartment. Apartment suitable for one person only. Rent is 4400 CZK + two deposits totaling 8800 CZK + utilities approximately 2000 CZK. Please no pets and only polite people who don't make noise. I prefer long-term rental.
