I offer an investment land for sale with area of 1,155 m², registered in the cadastre as garden. The land is affected by planned construction of Railway Authority and it falls under Act No. 416/2009 Coll. (linear law). An appraisal report has been prepared on this property with basic estimate at CZK 3,000/m². According to information available to me: multiple of 8x for non-construction lands (gardens, fields), multiple of 1.15x for construction lands.
