Exclusively available only through us, we offer you for rent an industrial hall with an area of 941 m2 located in the village of Selec. It is a single-story, standalone hall with three large entrances (height 3 m, width 3.5 m) situated within a closed complex. The hall is ideal and adapted for carpentry production; it can also be used for storage purposes or its use is unlimited. It features air conditioning systems and compressor stations with distribution throughout the production hall. Included documentation contains basic construction projects that you may review. It has connections to electricity, water supply, gas line and sewer system - all measured separately by sub-meters. There is also a well near the hall site. Monthly rental fee excluding VAT but including utilities amounts to €3.50 per sqm.
The hall will become vacant on May 1st., 2025.
Term of lease agreement minimum duration is set at least for period of 36 months,
A deposit amount equal to value corresponding to two monthly payments shall be paid upon signing lease contract.
