I offer for rent a spacious one-and-a-half room apartment with an area of 43 m². The apartment is located on Uhrovecká Street in the town of Lednické Rovne. There is no problem parking right in front of the block of flats. I am renting it out fully furnished just like you see in the photos. In the apartment there is full equipment, including a fitted kitchen with fridge, cooktop, kitchen unit, microwave oven, dining table. In the living room there is new sofa set, desk, worktable, TV stand and obviously also leaving behind the TV set itself. In the bedroom there is large double bed with mattress provided by us along with wardrobe and commodes offering additional storage space. The bathroom has tub included washing machine setup. Non-smokers only will be accepted as tenants hereinabove applied rental agreement condition applies strictly per mentioned above maximum two adults allowed residents count limit being applicable accordingly said pricing proposal does include utilities charges therefore total cost amounts thusly calculated depending upon number occupying persons residing within premises specified:
