I am renting out a completely new, freshly furnished 2 bedroom apartment with a spacious pantry on the first floor, large balcony and outdoor parking space in the locality of Dubova alley in wider center of Ivanka. There is cycling path passing by right around it, walking distance to ŽST Ivanka takes about 12 minutes and biking only 5 minutes. The apartment is fully equipped with brand new appliances. I prefer long-term serious rental. Please no landlords call me up. Rent is EUR 600/month + charges (approx. EUR 200).
