The apartment comes with a Daikin air conditioning unit, which allows comfortable use of the apartment especially during summer months. Blackout curtains are also provided in the apartment.
There is a very spacious kitchen with ample storage space and work surface. Standard appliances include refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven and induction hob. I have left basic kitchen equipment for the tenant (plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, few pots, pans) including a bar counter, very practical for smaller apartments for dining purposes. There is a sofa and a wardrobe in the apartment. In the small entrance hall there is a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom features a shower cubicle, toilet, sink with illuminated mirror and washer dryer combination.

The apartment is about 3 minutes walk from Sídliště Čakovice bus stop. Metro Letňany (line C) can be reached within approximately 15 minutes by bus or around 20 minutes ride to Vysočanská metro station (line B). It is also possible to reach the city center (Main Station / Masaryk Station) via train service - it takes about 13 minutes walking to the station and then roughly 18 minutes by express train to Main Station, other train connections take approximately 25 minutes.

Excellent civic amenities available nearby the apartment. For example, there is a pizza restaurant, sushi bistro or convenience store right on Bermanova Street. About 5 minutes walk away you will find Lidl supermarket or DM drugstore next to them there is also a wine bar or another bistro. Around 10 minutes walk brings you to patisserie, newsstand and more shops. Within minute walk from here you can find parcel lockers operated by major delivery companies like Alza, Zasilkovna, PPL among others. Beautiful Čakovický Park perfect for lovers of walks and jogging is just a minute walk from this location.

Rent amounting to 20.000 CZK plus approx. 3.500 CZK advance payment for utilities (electricity consumption would be transferred over to tenant) plus internet connection fee (so far I paid 400 CZK per month but new tenant needs arrange their own subscription). Security deposit equivalent to 2 monthly payments should also be paid upon signing lease agreement (if pet keeping is desired please note that additional charge equal to 3 monthly payments applies - preference given towards non-pet owners)
