Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies bazadomu.com uses and how you control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when you visit a site. Similar technologies include local storage, which keeps data in your browser without sending it to a server. We use both.

2. Your Choice

Cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the site you asked for are set without consent, as permitted by the ePrivacy Directive. Everything else - today, only analytics - is loaded only after you accept. If you reject, no analytics script is loaded at all.

You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops the measurement and deletes the analytics cookies that were set. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you block them entirely - blocking the strictly necessary ones will break login and language selection.

3. Strictly Necessary
NamePurposeDuration
PHPSESSID Session identifier. Keeps the state of your visit: login, language, currency and one-off messages. Until the browser session ends
token "Remember me" - keeps you logged in between visits. Set only if you log in. Up to 12 months, deleted on logout
bd_consent Stores whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so the banner is not shown again. 12 months
4. Analytics - Only With Your Consent
NameProvider and purposeDuration
_ga, _ga_<id> Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). Distinguishes visitors and sessions so we can see, in aggregate, which pages and searches are used. IP addresses are anonymised and advertising features are switched off. Up to 14 months

Google may transfer data to the United States; see Section 9 of the Privacy Policy and Google's privacy policy. We use no advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies.

5. Stored in Your Browser, Not Sent to Us
ItemPurposeDuration
theme Remembers whether you chose the light or dark appearance. Until you clear browser storage
propertyView Remembers whether you prefer the grid or list layout of results. Until you clear browser storage
Liked and hidden listings Your shortlist and the listings you marked as not interesting. Kept on your device; synchronised to your account only if you are logged in. Until you clear them or clear browser storage
6. Third-Party Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, that provider may set its own cookies on its own domain during the sign-in flow. This is governed by Google's and Meta's privacy policies. We set no such cookies unless you start a sign-in.

7. Changes

If we add a cookie or a measurement tool, we will update this page and, where consent is required, ask for it before the tool is loaded.

8. Contact
