On the 2nd floor, which is accessed by an outdoor staircase, there is a glazed veranda and a 2+kk apartment, with a new bathroom including a boiler from about five years ago. In the attic, which currently must be accessed by a ladder from the outside, it is possible to realize an attic conversion. The house is in its original condition, reconstruction has begun in terms of an extension (see photos), where another residential unit is planned, and from there a staircase to the attic is to be built. In the countryside, access to services such as hospitals, schools, shops, and restaurants may be limited. This may mean that you will have to travel longer distances to get what you need. However, in nearby Jílové there is complete civic amenities (except for the hospital, which is closest in Benešov or in Krč) 3. Renovating an older house can be time-consuming and financially demanding.
