In the last two years, a new addition was built with a completely new stylish private lounge with social facilities, TV and professional sound for organizing private parties for the owners (pre-rally) Installation of a heat pump (10-30 KW) and other technical facilities with preparation of coarse vegetables, a 300-liter storage tank, a boiler, a backup heating source in the form of an electric boiler and a camera system.
In 2025, an addition was completed with a new 2+1 apartment for the owners, and a building permit is currently being processed for a new workshop next to the house, measuring about 14 x 8 m, which should have technical facilities and a large garage on the ground floor and a spacious separate apartment on the first floor.
It has its own illuminated car park, outdoor sitting area in the garden, a children's playground, a fireplace, a swimming pool and several well-equipped party tents for outdoor celebrations. ̈
