I offer vacant dates for summer recreation or rent of three-bed caravan (extra bed for 2 people). The caravan is located on an extensive plot in the village of Pikovice near Prague West in beautiful and quiet surroundings by the Sazava River. The caravan is fully equipped with furniture, appliances, dishes, bedding and other accessories. The caravan is connected to water (including hot) and electricity. Price for short-term stay is 450 CZK per night + fee per person 150 CZK per night. Stay only one night will have an extra charge. Long-term rental price is 5,000 monthly + fee per person 1,500 CZK. Animals can be accommodated with a fee of 120 CZK per night (short-term) or 800 CZK monthly (long-term). When booking we require you to pay a deposit and we ask that you provide bail money when taking out long-term rental agreement. In the fenced site it's possible to use parking lot (only 1 vehicle), common fireplace area with grill facilities various sitting areas within nature children playground corner solar showers Swimming at river Sazava approximately located about 150-2० meters away from the trailer.
