On behalf of the owner we're looking for someone to join our newly emerging community coliving in Brno-Soběšice. Someone who is close to nature and interested in self-sufficiency. For such a person, we have an unusual loft space available for rent in a Canadian log cabin style house at the edge of a forest on the outskirts of a recreational area surrounded by nature that it tries as much as possible to blend with. The offered space has an area of 40 m² but due to roof slopes its actual usable area is about 20 m² + there is also a loggia belonging exclusively to this unit measuring 10 m². Windows are wooden and oriented towards all cardinal directions.
The space is heated passively by lower apartments with the possibility of additional heating if needed via electric heaters. In the basement of the house there is a shower stall used solely by tenants of this attic.
Parking is possible on private land in front of the house. By agreement with the owner it's possible to allocate some space for your own garden beds too. Similarly pets can be agreed upon
