We offer realization of modern type A cottages according to visualization.
The preparation and implementation time is 2 weeks at our site and 2 weeks on your land plot.
Available in several dimensions, the smallest one (see visualization) is cottage A width 3.2m x length 5.2m for total price of 259 thousand (incl. VAT and installation on concrete pedestals or ground screws depending on subsoil conditions and local availability).
Full completion includes everything as per the visualization except solar panels (with possibility of external company assembly), including project documentation for construction notification. The structure can also be designed as an object that isn't firmly connected to the ground.
Electrical connection included. Sanitary facilities and shower aren't included due to small internal layout size. For larger footprints, a bathroom may be part of the unit.
Multiple types of interior wood paneling can be applied but priority is given to modern cladding materials.
Payment terms - payments after two parts have been realized. You pay only upon seeing results.
