Rent out an independent furnished room in attic of family house for respectable person (only EU citizens), Prague East

I am renting out an independent furnished room in the attic of a family house with balcony located in a quiet area within excellent accessibility to Prague city center (~30 minutes by train - Prague Main Station, ~20 minutes by car). The property includes shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet, WiFi, parking space and well-maintained garden. All civic amenities can be found nearby including shopping mall Billa with associated shops at walking distance (~5 minutes away), fitness center and other services. There is also a railway station serving line S9 of the Prague Integrated Transport network as well as highway D1 close by. Rent per month amounts to: 8,500 CZK (including service charges and utilities). I require one month's advance payment upon move-in. Please note that pets are not allowed on this premises. No calls from rental agencies please.
