The halls are connected to separate electrical power supply. The warehouse has similar steel structure like the halls. The operational building is ground floor, masonry with office and social spaces.
The complex can be used for industrial production and storage, freight forwarding, parking of trucks, construction machinery, and oversized construction equipment.
It is in close proximity to US Steel ironworks and distant 12,8km from Košice Airport, 13km from OC Optima Košice shopping center, and 14,5km from the feeder of expressway R4, Košice Milhosť towards Hungary.
