I offer a room to share at Jugoslávská street. The room would be shared with another guy, a student at Masaryk University. The room has an area of about 23m2, it is room no. 103. Other rooms are occupied, both are single. So there would be four people living in the apartment. The monthly rent price is 7500 including internet and utilities. Regarding cleaning, we maintain a schedule of major cleaning every 14 days in groups of two. That means that every 14 days two of us clean all common spaces together, otherwise we clean here and there when needed.
