Rentals range from 13$/m² to 9$/m² according to agreement and nature of operation. Quieter operation means lower rent. Furniture is not included in rent, furniture comes with surcharge +70$/month. Security deposit is minimum amount equal to one month's rent which corresponds to notice period. Utilities (water, gas, electricity) paid based on meters and supplier invoices.
