Hello I will exchange a small house at the fishing pier in Szczecin. The house has 100 meters, there is a large living room downstairs, a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen upstairs. There are 2 rooms downstairs. In the kitchen there is an opening door. There is also a boat that you can fish right away without paying for it under the house. Annual fees are 2500 PLN plus fees for the harbormaster 800 PLN. The house is very nice all year round water is available throughout the year once every 2 months fee for electricity only. I would like to exchange the house somewhere else at another pier for another house because for me this house is too big for just one person.
