We offer for rent one room in a fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment located on the 2. floor of a family house with separate entrance in the center of Martin town.
One female student already lives in the apartment, therefore we are looking for only one roommate, preferably a female student or young working woman. The apartment is not intended for couples or more people.
Part of the rental includes the possibility to use the spacious land near the house, suitable for relaxation, barbecuing, sports and ball games or pleasant sitting down.
