Description of the family house:
This is a family house from the early 20th century built as an end object in a row of various buildings. The building has 2 above-ground floors and probably partial basement. The foundations of the house are presumed to be stone or mixed. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of brick with a thickness of about 40 cm. The ceilings are presumed to be wooden beam with a flat ceiling. The roof is gabled, the covering is probably metal or made of another standard covering, and the plumbing elements are metal. The external plaster is lime-cement, and insulation of the facade has not been done.
The internal components and equipment could not be determined; rather substandard components are presumed, completely worn out.
The floor area of the building is considered to be up to 150 m2 based on the built-up area and number of floors.
Floor coverings in individual types of rooms:
Not determined - assumption: wooden floors or concrete, possibly walking coverings.
Connection to engineering networks, heating, and hot water heating:
It was not possible to determine whether the object is connected/disconnected from energy distribution. According to RÚIAN data, the object is connected to water supply, sewage, without gas. Heating is central domestic.
Construction technical condition and defects of the family house:
The construction technical condition is assessed based on a visual assessment of the building. The construction technical condition of covered structures or structures whose condition cannot be determined without disassembly techniques is inferred indirectly. The construction technical condition of the object is evidently with worn-out structural elements, and therefore for valuation purposes, it is considered as pre-renovation.
