Conditionally permissible use - small agricultural buildings, building plots for higher significance civic amenities and non-disruptive production plots (for example, family wineries) - all on the condition that their character and capacity do not significantly increase traffic load in the residential area and if it is proven in the subsequent proceedings that the requirements regarding protected outdoor space, protected indoor space of buildings, and protected outdoor space of buildings characterized in generally binding legal regulations are respected.
