Sale of commercial property – former self-service store, Trboušany

We offer for sale a commercial property in the center of the wine village of Trboušany, about 20 minutes by car from Brno. This is the building of a former self-service store, which was operated until the end of February 2026. Property: Built-up area approximately 230 m², usable area approximately 200 m² (the stated measurements are approximate). The building stands on plot no. 266, and the sale also includes plots no. 267/2 and 267/3. The total area of the plots according to the land register is 656 m².
